Our liners are antimicrobial and odor-resistant, made from ethically-sourced materials that are completely safe for direct skin contact. As a bonus, our integrated protection helps reduce waste by eliminating the need for disposable period products, making it better for both your wallet and the environment.

Our products are designed to handle the equivalent of 6 tablespoons of liquid. If you have a heavier flow,  we recommend using our garments as backup protection alongside your preferred primary method, or changing into a fresh garment during longer activities. Although you can wear the clothing for longer during a menstrual cycle, we do not recommend wearing it for more than six hours.

Our garments feature patent-pending integrated bra liners and built-in support specifically for athletic movement. They are designed to provide nipple coverage and adapt to many different bra sizes so the level of support will vary based on size. They also include adjustable straps because no two bodies are the same.

Absolutely not! Our technology is incredibly thin and flexible. Most customers tell us they forget they're wearing any protection at all - it feels like a normal cotton liner but is actually softer! The advanced absorbent materials instantly wick moisture away from your body and are antimicrobial and odor-resistant, keeping you dry, fresh, and confident throughout your workout.

Just launder like usual after using the product and it will be ready for your next activity!

We recommend consulting our detailed size chart, which includes measurements for both the garment fit and optimal protection placement. We have different sizes for our teen market vs. our adult market.  When in doubt, our customer service team is happy to help you find your perfect fit.

Absolutely! While designed for athletic performance, our garments are comfortable and stylish enough for everyday wear, lounging, or any activity where you want reliable protection with a fashionable look.

These garments do not require special instructions!  Just machine wash in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, as they can reduce the effectiveness of the protective technology.  

Our liner technology is designed to maintain its effectiveness through multiple washes when cared for properly. With normal use and proper care, you can expect reliable protection for up to 50 washes before starting to lose any of the antimicrobial properties. 

We don't recommend fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and reduce absorbency. Your garments will stay soft and comfortable without these products.

Our materials are designed to be stain-resistant, but we recommend rinsing immediately after use. For stubborn stains, soak in cold water with enzyme detergent before washing.

Yes! Our garments meet standard athletic wear requirements and are designed to perform under the demands of competitive sports while providing the protection and confidence you need. Our materials are high-quality athletic fabrics with moisture-wicking, antimicrobial, and odor-fighting properties.  

Our current collection is designed for land-based activities however, our garments are treated with water-proof protection. They can be worn in the water but we don’t recommend it. We're exploring swimwear options for future releases—stay tuned!
